I felt a bit like Jack in the Beanstalk when I came home with this bean...at least I didn't trade it for the family cow...I was not sure how to cook it; but, finally took the giant beans out of the shell and sauteed them with garlic. They tasted a bit like a lima bean and for the first time in my life, I was full after only one bean.
